This privacy policy applies to the Farm Life Idle app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Anıl Sorgit (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not require an account and does not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or any other contact information. Your game progress is stored locally on your device.

When you use the Application, the Service Provider and its third-party partners automatically collect the following information:

• Device identifiers: the advertising identifier of your device (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) and app instance identifiers.
• Approximate location: your approximate location (for example, country or city), derived from your device's IP address. The Application does not collect your precise (GPS) location.
• App interactions: how you use the Application, such as screens visited, in-game actions, session length and the ads you view or interact with.
• Advertising data: information about the ads shown to you, such as impressions and clicks.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, performance data and other technical information (such as device model and operating system version) used to keep the Application working properly.

• Advertising: to show ads, measure their performance and, where you allow it, show ads personalized to your interests.
• Analytics: to understand how the Application is used and to improve it.
• App functionality: to detect and fix crashes and performance problems.
• Fraud prevention and security: to prevent ad fraud and abuse.

The Application is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions and advertising data may be linked to your device and used, including by Google, to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

• iOS: the Application asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not shared and you may still see ads, but they will be less relevant. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Settings > Google > Ads).
• European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: the Application shows a consent form provided by Google before personalized ads are served. You can review or change your choices at any time through the privacy options available in the Application's settings.

The Application uses the following third-party services, which collect and process information as described above and under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob (advertising) — see also How Google uses information from apps that use its services
• Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics)
• Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
• Google Play Services

Google AdMob uses the information it receives for its own advertising purposes as well. Crash and performance data are processed by Firebase on behalf of the Service Provider and are not used for tracking.

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

All information sent by the Application is encrypted in transit. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Game progress stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Application. Analytics and crash data are retained by Firebase according to its retention settings (Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months). Advertising data is retained by Google according to its own policies. Because the Application has no accounts, the Service Provider cannot identify you personally; if you have a question about your data, please contact the Service Provider at anilsorgit6060@gmail.com.

You can limit ad tracking as described in the "Tracking and Personalized Ads" section. You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (anilsorgit6060@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
